3. How fast can I expect my order to arrive and how do you ship?

Most orders are in stock and will ship out within 48 business hours after you place your order. After it ships out you should receive it within 3-5 days. This is the fastest shipping comparing to any other hip hop jewelry and clothing site. We use UPS, Fed Ex and USPS to ship out packages depending on your location. All orders are insured against breakage and loss.

5. What is your refund and exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is VERY important to us! That is why we offer a 15 day refund policy and a 30 day exchange policy. If you receive an item that you are not 100% happy with, you have a choice of returning it for an exchange to another product . You may also get a refund, but we will not credit you the shipping charge (usually £7 - £12). If you require a refund please note that orders paid for with a credit card will be issued a refund on the original card. If you paid by check, money order, western union, Amazon, or PayPal you will be issued a refund by check. NOTE: We will not refund custom products unless there was a mistake made in customization. Refunds will only be given if it's a manufacturer's defect and not a result of wear an tear. All refund claims will be investigated.

6. I want to ship this package to a friend, how can I do that?

For your protection we will only ship to your billing address where you receive your credit card statement or bank statement. If you would like to have an order sent to a different address you will need to pay through money order, check or cash. Click here for our mail order form.
