If you receive an item that you are not 100% happy with, you have a choice of returning it for an exchange / store credit or for a complete refund. If you choose to get a refund you have to send the product back within 15 days of your order. You will be refunded 100% of the product cost but we will not credit you the shipping charge (usually $7 - $12).

NOTE: We will not accept returns on items that you broke or on customizable items (Pimp cups, Custom belt buckles, Grillz, Dog tags, earrings, ect ).

Refunds will only be given if it's a manufacturer's defect and not a result of wear an tear, poor return packaging, or the item is returned in unsellable condition. All refund claims will be investigated.
