1. When tracking my package, why does it say still processing?

All of our orders placed with standard (usps) mail are sent with delivery confirmation. Once the package is delivered, your tracking status will change from processing, to delivered and will show the tracking info.

2. Do we have catalogs?

We do not carry printed catalogs. we have our website, and also a 1 to 4 page add in the xxl magazine.

3. Are the grills solid gold?

Aside from our sterling silver grills, the grills that we carry are solid surgical steel. Our goal is to make our products look like genuine yellow/ white gold products, however they are replicas.

4. Are our silver items real sterling silver?

Not all of our silver items are sterling. If our product states that it is sterling silver in the title then it is. However, if it simply states silver, then we are referring to the color and it is typically 18k white gold plated/ over a white metal.

5. Are our diamond products real diamonds?

We do carry genuine diamond products. It will state genuine diamond in the product title. If it does not, then the stones can range from Cubic Zarconia, Austrian crystal, to Acrylic crystals.

6. Do we have gift cards?

we do not sell gift cards. We can send items with a gift receipt if you choose to purchase something.

7. I placed an order with a gift card, and the money has been taken from the card. Did my order go through?

Our website does not accept online gift card purchases. We do accept them if the order is placed over the phone. If your gift card has been charged, because of an online attempt, the charge you are seeing is a pending authorization hold by your financial institution. Please call the customer service number on the back of the card and a representative should assist you.

8. i placed an international order, how long does the shipping take?

standard international shipping is 10 to 14 business days ( weekends and holidays are not business days). Some countries can take up to four weeks for delivery depending on location and customs. Please wait a full 14 days for delivery. Contact us if it has been more than the 14 business days.

9. A product I am interested in says out of stock. will you get more of these?

Our website updates nightly. If a product shows out of stock, please check back on the site as it will show in stock once we have the product.

10. How long is shipping?

standard domestic shipping will take 5-7 days from the day after the order is placed. If placed on a weekend or after 2pm on Friday, please assume that the order will ship on Monday or Tuesday.

11. My order says delivered but I haven't received it.

If your order was shipped with standard mail, it might take an extra day once delivery is shown. Please wait till the following day to contact us if your products do not arrive.

12. Can I pick the colors of my assorted lot of sunglasses

All or our assorted sunglasses are sent at random. They will always be colors that you see in the picture however, as inventory constantly changes, we cannot always accommodate for specific colors.

13. are your handbags made of real leather?

Our handbags are made of different materials and some are made of genuine leather. If the word Genuine leather is on the title or the description then the handbags are genuine leather, however some bags are made of PU which is a man made leather.

14. Are your belts real leather?

our belts are made of different materials and some are made of genuine leather. If the word Genuine leather is on the title or the description then the handbags are genuine leather, however some bags are made of PU which is a man made leather.

15. Why isn't my free shipping code working?

Our website only allows you to use one coupon per order. If you have already submitted a coupon for a % off, then it will not allow you to use the free shipping coupon. However, if there is a special promotion going on for free shipping with ever order over $50 you shipping will be free ( exceptions apply on large quantity orders and pimp cup orders)

16. Do you make custom jewelry?

The only custom jewelry that we make are pimp cups, belt buckles, name pendants, and dog tags.

17. Does the $2.75 next day guaranteed processing I will get my order in 24 hours.

Our 24 hour processing option means that your order will ship out within 1 business day of when it was placed. This fee does not apply for custom items however it will speed up the custom order by an average of 50%.

18. I ordered an item with 2 day air. will I get it in two days?

If an order is placed using next day ,2nd day, or 3 day air, your order will arrive in the selected business day(s). This does not include weekends, or holidays. For a list of all holidays observed by ups, please visit www.ups.com

19. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship worldwide, however shipping times will not match domestic shipping dates.

20. Do all of your pendants come with chains?

All of our pendants come with a standard 30" ball chain, with the exception of genuine diamond and sterling silver items.
